yea! 4 days off this week (plus 1 meeting...)

In response to the rude comment made by a bored brampton library archiver who sounds annoying on the phone, here are some pics of Montreal. I don't know how many of you will actually enjoy them cuz they're mostly of the band, and a lot of the ones near the beginning of the concert aren't that good cuz I was refraining from using the flash (so as not to blind the young rockers) but I said, "screw that" after the shots kept turning out blurry. ANYWAY, I can't believe naomi's so unappreciative of my last entry, since it finally gave her something to do at work :P

Last Friday I worked with.......Dave! He's the 2nd person from my class I've had the opportunity to work with. It's such a rare occurence in community pharmacy and I appreciate the chance each time this happens. It's so odd to see someone from your class actually practicing...especially Dave...hahaha. I kept waiting for him to say, "So can I get your number so I can give you a call sometime?" I know it's been a couple of years since that infamous role-play in class but this is what I mean about it being odd to work with a classmate. I guess it's cuz we went through the same schooling, we're aware of how little we knew when we first started pharmacy...and also cuz i know Dave mostly as a drunken clubber who always looks lost/confused in whatever he's doing, despite owning 10 palm pilots ;) It's crazy. Anyway, so glad he was there cuz that was the most tiring shift I've ever worked...absolutely no break for 12 and 1/2 hours!

so I finally listened to the Muse album that I got almost a year ago. and i LOVE it! I've been listening to it in my car to/from work everyday the past week. The first time I listened to the entire album was when we drove to Montreal but that doesn't really count cuz I wasn't fully listening. And now that I have, I am amazed. At first, I thought I would only like the singles (I bought it only cuz of "Time is Running Out" and I love "Hysteria") but the entire album is amazing. Yet another reason to live in England.
